Council Key 3 – The Scouting Family Grows with Your Help!
The Scouting Family only grows with your help!
Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind; The Scout Law, it is what we as scouting families believe in and live by daily.
As the Fall Recruitment Season comes upon us, the Scout Law becomes very important concerning our New Scouting Families entering into the Central Florida Council’s scouting program for the first time.
We as scouts and scouters must welcome these new scouting families into our Packs, Troops, Posts and Crews. We must tell and show them what scouting is and how it needs to be part of their family’s life. Scouting teaches our scouts good moral values, lifelong skills, leadership abilities, and forms memories that will last forever.
Scouting shapes our scouts into highly able youth, builds enhanced family life, and is just pure fun for all involved. So please welcome these new scouts and families into our Central Florida Council’s scouting program by employing the simple words of the Scout Law – Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind.
