  Volunteerism in the Nation’s leading youth-serving organization   Wow!  What an exciting time to be involved in Scouting as we expand to serve the entire family. Earlier this year Cub Scouting expanded to include girls and next February, Boy Scouting will begin providing opportunities to girls as well.  We’re finding many of the girls joining Cubs aren’t coming from previous Scouting families, which indicates a real interest in what Scouting has to offer. With this expansion, comes more opportunities to volunteer and we all know this organization is fully dependent on volunteers.
